    We will handle everything — down to the silverware. Working alongside you, your GC & architect we will see that every element of your project is considered & handled with care.

    Deliverables include:

    • Project Management

    • Floor plans & interior elevations

    • Style/mood guide

    • Shipping & receiving co-ordination

    • All FF&E selection

    • Draperies

    • Installation & styling

    *billed according to project.

  • Hard Finishes & Remodels

    There are a lot of choices to make when remodeling a building or space. We can help you with those.

    Deliverables include:

    • Appeal & function suggestions

    • Floor plans & elevations where applicable

    • Alteration suggestions

    • Finish selection (Flooring, tile, paint, trim, hardware etc.)

    *This package does not include any soft finishes or furniture plans. Kitchen, bathroom and closet elevations are billed separately.

    *billed according to square footage.

  • Styling Session

    If you are generally happy with your home & furniture but could use a little sprucing up.

    Deliverables include:

    • Style/mood guide

    • In person styling

    • Recommended furniture additions or substitutions

    • Shopping day (client is able to participate, or not)

    • Art, plant & decor selection (throw pillows, blankets. art, shelving decor)

    *billed daily & by room.

  • The Basics

    Not sure where to start & need some ideas?

    Deliverables include:

    • Style/mood guide

    • Suggested paint colors

    • Furniture floor plan

    • Suggested furniture, lighting & general decor

    • Can be done 100% remotely

    *This package does not include; remodel plans, GC liaisons, purchasing or onsite styling.

  • The Seller's Bundle

    If you are selling & could use a little curb appeal, here it is.

    Deliverables include:

    • Tuck-away suggestions

    • Paint Color Suggestions

    • Easy DIY Changes

    • Furniture rearranging where applicable

    *billed hourly. We will leave you with a packet of actionable’s. Any hands on organization assistance is additional.
